Desired background:

• 6–10 years of relevant Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience

• Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience

• Experience in GxP-regulated environments

• Familiarity with R&D, clinical, laboratory or drug-development technology

• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and delivery plans

PROJECT COORDINATOR — CLIENT SERVICES

We also welcome interest in occasional, remote contract work supporting our job application services. Based in Nigeria, these coordinators help prepare tailored application materials, track applications and client deliverables, maintain accurate records and communicate progress to clients.

Desired background:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Strong organization, attention to detail and communication skills

• Confidence with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Familiarity with AI and productivity tools, or willingness to learn

• A working laptop and reliable internet connection

Assignments arise as needed. Hours, contract duration and compensation are agreed for each engagement; ongoing work is not guaranteed. The biotech, GxP and 6–10-year requirements above apply to BA/PM opportunities, not this coordinator role.
